Silo with conical bottom

The low energy consumption and low operating costs are the main reasons to prefer these type silos. Silos with conical bottom are produced in range from 5 tones to 1000 tones.

This type has special preference with the grains in the low abgle of repose.

Also are developed special steel structures, chassis and platforms for bottom silo. The silos lowest part has 45 -60 degree angle and this allows the grain to flow easily with its own fluidity. However 45˚ conical bottoms are used for grains, 60˚ are used for feed, wet products with low fluidity.
